Q: When could I receive my order?
A: Usually within a few minutes. In rare cases if the delivery is delayed i will let you know by email. Also sometimes I’m going to sleep so if you don’t get any answer from me, that means I’m having a nice dream ( or a nightmare haha ).
Q: How am I gonna get my order?
A: Ingame by trading face to face ( If you ordered keycodes, i will email them ).
Q: Is buying on NewGenAO safe?
A: It’s perfectly safe, you pay for your order with the integrated paypal payment system.
Q: If I buy here, would I get banned from AO?
A: No, as long as you dont scream out loud you bought stuffs from here.
Q: Are the items and services available on both servers?
A: With the exception of a few credit packages, all items and services are exclusive to old server (RK5)
